Materials: Made with soft Premier Parfait XL Shimmer yarn, filling of Original Poly-yarn and the eyes are glitter safety eyes.
Size: 11 inches long x 9 inches wide at fin span (or 5 inches wide at body) x 4 inches tall.
Pattern: Original pattern designed by Groveybears.
Care and washing: Hand or machine wash in cold water on delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low heat on delicate cycle. Over time, if you find any threads coming loose, please do not cut them and simply reweave them through the body of the plush toy to secure them.
Please Note: Due to the nature of handcrafted items, there may be small variations between the images online and the item received.
Attention: The eyes are fixed with safety washers. Although I take extra care to attach the eyes safely, they may present a choking hazard to children under 3 and pets. If you are looking for a plushie for a young child I may have a few options available with embroidered eyes or without safety eyes (like the Orca) or you can email me for my next plush availability with embroidered eyes.
Shipping: All packages are shipped in 100% compostable mailers.
Samples: Some variants available are samples. These sample whales were made during the process of designing my pattern and have some minor “differences from the final” design (i.e., their shape or placement of fins was less than perfect). They are still very well made, cute, and cuddly whales, but because they vary from the final design, I am selling them at a reduced rate. The listed price for the samples varies based on how different they are from the final design I settled on. I would be happy to send more pictures of the samples from additional angles upon request.
